ÃÛÖÏãÌÒ is proud to announce the beginning of a strong partnership with the County of Stanislaus to build their Public Safety Expansion ÃÛÖÏãÌÒ One and Three in Ceres, California. The design-build projects have a contract value of approximately $82,000,000 and ÃÛÖÏãÌÒ will be given the Notice to Proceed on June 30, 2014. Project One will consist of two maximum security housing units, a medical/mental health housing unit, a health services unit, a security administration (control) center, and all necessary circulation and common spaces. Project Three will be an intake, release, and transportation center. ÃÛÖÏãÌÒ teamed with architect Dewberry and will continue to build upon the two firm’s history of successful projects together.
